Nonprofits Supporting Black Lives Matter

Nonprofits Supporting Black Lives Matter

March 29, 2024 by Giving Assistant Editorial Team

For decades, Black people and people of color (PoC) in America have been the victims of unresolved, systemic racism, reflected especially in the repeated, unjustified loss of Black lives at the hands of racially-motivated violence, unlawful use of police force, unequal access to healthcare, and more.

But Americans are rising up. In addition to protesting en masse, engaging lawmakers, and creating more room for Black voices, people are making or increasing their donations to civil rights nonprofits by millions.

These Black Lives Matter organizations need our donations right now in order to afford all available resources necessary to triple their efforts, and hurry to end racial injustice once and for all
